ROLE DESCRIPTION:
A successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join their winning team as an Insurance and Financial Services Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member. In this role, you play a vital part in daily agency operations and in supporting customers’ long-term success by building meaningful relationships and delivering a remarkable customer experience.
You will help grow the agency through value-based conversations, proactive outreach, and by acting as a trusted liaison between customer needs and agency services. Your attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and genuine desire to help others make you an ideal fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses in insurance
- Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
